How do I schedule a telemedicine appointment?
- Telemedicine Consult Fee is $78 for the first 20 minutes. Clients must have a credit card on file. We are proud to be able to offer this convenience at no additional fee above our in-office exam fee.
- Telemedicine consults will be conducted using Zoom video chat. Clients must have internet access and either a desktop or mobile phone to conduct the video chat.
- Once you book the video consult, you will be emailed instructions for how to join the video consult.
- Any additional time over and above the 20-minute consult or additional follow up consultations will be billed in the same increments of $78/20 minutes.
- This is not a substitution for an in-person veterinary exam as the doctors will do their absolute best to triage, advise you, follow up with a plan of care as possible.
