Set up a well-lit area where we may treat your pet in advance of our team’s arrival. Make sure any other pets are kept outside (weather permitted) or in a different room if you have any. Additionally, we ask that you remain nearby in case we need assistance handling your pet.
While not all of our services may be provided at your house, we can provide the following:
- Routine health examinations
- Vaccinations
- Blood tests (for in-hospital testing)
- Intestinal parasite screening
- Heartworm examination
- Ear cleansing and treatment
- Trim nails
- Prescribe and/or deliver prescriptions
- Humane euthanasia
- Coggin’s test (Horses only)
Humane euthanasia is frequently used during our mobile vet appointments. Even though talking about this issue can be painful, our aim is to provide our clients the well-earned comfort of knowing their dogs are in capable care and can pass their final days in their own homes. For both pets and their owners, euthanizing at home is significantly less distressing and offers more solitude.
